Fundraising InformationAloha Youth Football and Cheerleading is a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers. While it is not affiliated with the Beaverton School District or Aloha High School, its volunteers, including its coaching staff, work closely with Chris Casey, Aloha High School head football coach, and his staff in organizing and implementing a quality program emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship. Because we are a non-profit organization, fundraising plays a big part in allowing us to charge less and provide more to the Cheer and Football programs.
For the 2010 season, we are looking at several different fundraisers and fundraising activities. One primary source of our fundraising comes from our Consessions Stand. For more information about the Consessions Stand, please click on the highlighted link. That page not only gives you information about the Consessions Stand, it will contain a weekly schedule of who will be working it once schedules are available.
We would like to say Thank You to the employees of Intel that volunteer in our program and remembered to fill out the match time sheets thru work! Keep up the good work and thank you again for volunteering!
We wll also be selling various AYF&C Warriors Apparel from the Apparel page. All proceeds from the sale of apparel items goes right back into our program.
Another method of fundraising we will be doing this year is sponsorships. To view a complete listing of our current sponsors, please visit our Sponsors page. These companies have agreed that sponsoring our children in the AYF&C is important. Be sure when doing business with our sponsors that you thank them for their help in sponsoring our organization. There are 3 levels of sponsorship currently available for purchase: Bronze, Silver, & Gold. If you are interested in becoming a Sponsor, please contact Ken Whitley for more information.
As other Fundraising events are identified, we will also be listing them here so please check back often. If you have an idea for a fundraiser for AYF&C, please contact Ken Whitley. |
Special Thank You to our Sponsors!
